At the March 2025 open house, ITD proposed a single-point urban interchange (SPUI) at I-90 and US-95 and elevating US-95 on a bridge over Appleway Avenue to create a grade-separated intersection.

Public Comments We Received

  • Appreciation for better traffic flow on US-95

  • Concern for side street and local business impacts

  • Dislike for new routes due to grade separation

  • Desire to maintain access between US-95 and Appleway Avenue

  • Pleased with enhanced bicycle and pedestrian facilities
